When should I pay my monthly fee?
Your monthly fee is collected within the first week of every month in advance. This ensures uninterrupted access to your classes and helps us maintain a consistent schedule.

No, you are not required to give your credit card information to anyone. All payments are made online in a secure environment, safeguarding your personal and financial details.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Is there a discount for family members?
Yes! We offer a 20% tuition discount to the second sibling and subsequent children of a family. This makes it more affordable for families to enroll multiple members.
๐ Are there any holidays, and how do they affect my fees?
Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are considered paid leave for tutors. No discount, refund, or make-up classes are offered for these holidays.
๐ผ What if I need to hold my classes temporarily?
If you have paid one month's fee in advance and have given prior notice to hold that month, the paid fee will be carried over to the next month only.
๐ฐ๏ธ Can I reserve the same teacher and time slot after a break?
Yes, if you want the same teacher and time slot upon returning from a break for a month or longer, a 50% deposit of the tuition fee for that period is required in advance to reserve the spot.
โฐ What happens if I pay my fee late?
Classes may be suspended if fees are not paid within the due dates.
๐ Is there an annual fee increase?
Yes, a 5% fee increase may occur annually. This helps us continue providing high-quality education and resources.
